Summary of job description is as follows:

The enterprise architect will be responsible for assessment of high-risk, high-value proposals for process compliance, competitive approach, and risk identification and mitigation. The role ensures that the risks identified during the initial phases are addressed while in execution. The role also provides technical management support to troubled delivery projects. This role requires regular direct interfacing with the C-level management, including the CEO, CFO, and CTO; and providing internal technical consultative services and evaluation reports of complex, high-risk system integration deals.

The responsibilities of this role are as follows:

  • Key activities revolve around driving proposal and delivery consistency for complex deals through the entire life cycle, providing proposal and project assessment reports to C-level management, and providing feedback to the proposal or project teams with regards to risk mitigation and planning.
  • Validation of identified risks and the associated mitigation plan of complex, high-risk, and high-value deals delivered to C-level management, including the CEO.
  • Quality assessment for process compliance with a quarterly assessment summary provided to the management. The quarterly report includes process assessment findings, recommended process changes and measurements meeting SEI CMMI level 5 practices.
  • Solution validation and competitive analysis of proposed solutions.
  • Proposal team mentoring in technology, approach, and method of delivery.
  • Facilitation of transition to ensure that risks in the initial stages are mitigated during the startup and governance phases.
  • Reporting to the C-level and theater-level deal review board, providing approval guidance.

Enterprise architect - domain

Summary of the job description:

The enterprise architect leads and contributes to delivery excellence, technology adoption, IP creation and reuse, and innovation. The group provides technology leadership to various accounts and business units and helps build technical assets and solution frameworks for the banking and financial services vertical.

As part of the delivery teams, the group members lead the specification, design, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions and act as consultants to the client's teams in their respective area of expertise. The group also leads specification of a solution's architecture, design and implementation as part of the business development teams.

Play a leadership role (IT architecture and technology) for major LOBs and programs of strategic importance. In this role, the individual will be working closely with BU leadership, talent acquisition leadership, and SBU's chief architect to play a leading role in technology consulting through leadership, architecture delivery, innovation, and business development services for the customer.
