Tracey Harris is the executive director of Amovita International and is a leading speaker on developing high performance in the workplace. Tracey has worked in the human services and corporate sectors specialising in organisational and business excellence, leadership and performance for over 25 years.

Throughout her career, Tracey has worked in various leadership roles including being a senior ministerial advisor where her portfolio responsibilities included community and public housing reform as well homelessness policy specialising in indigenous affairs. She has worked for State and Federal Members of Parliament focusing on family and domestic violence and education policy reform. Her clinical practice experience spanned twelve years where she worked in relationship counselling, men’s perpetrator programs, long-term unemployment, clinical mental health and children and family programs. Tracey also provided lectureship at the Australian Catholic University in Brisbane, Australia teaching in the areas of public and social policy, clinical social work practice, field education and organisational practice.

Tracey leads the Strategy and Executive Consulting Division within Amovita and she works with leaders, managers and business owners both in Australia and internationally to support high performance in the workplace. She has developed an integrated model of supervision and coaching and is currently a PhD candidate with Griffith University in Brisbane focused on developing a supervision capability framework for supervisors and leaders in the workplace.
