Good fortune has provided me with ample opportunities to experience deeds—both good and bad—from which to learn and grow. In my career I have been exposed to extraordinary people: some heroes, others examples of what not to be or do. But each offered lessons of life that are worth sharing.

This book is part of my “season of giving back.” It allows me to offer to those seeking the lampposts and street signs on the highway of life some direction that can take them to successful and rewarding destinations.

To those who taught me how to navigate that road, thank you for sharing. For those wanting to learn, thank you for caring. May there be gratitude expressed and lessons shared herein.
