FACILITATING A GROUP SALES CONVERSATION

Facilitating a collaborative and inclusive solution discussion is more complex in group situations. Involving everyone in a group takes preparation and flexibility in the moment. To involve the group, vary the way you Facilitate this part of the sales conversation:

Ask different types of feedback questions. Allow the individuals to provide the feedback in writing either before or after your meeting.

Involve everyone physically and mentally with stories, visual aids, and sharing samples and documents with each person.

Facilitate group discovery and clarity. Ask different people for feedback, to contribute an idea, to use markers or the keyboard, or to take notes on a handout.

Provide different types of proof. This will appeal to the different Tribal Types in the group.
