ISLAND AFTERNOON SMOOTHIE

MAKES: 3 CUPS (710ML)

SERVES: 2

Coconut, pineapple, banana, and mango lend their tropical flavors to this creamy smoothie. High in protein and nutritious fats, it makes a satisfying meal and can serve as a meal-replacement shake.


2 cups (480ml) coconut milk

2 cups (410g) cubed pineapple

1 medium banana

1 medium mango, sliced

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

1 cup (240ml) crushed ice

2 servings of CBD oil, but no more than 1 tsp (5ml) total

2 slices of fresh pineapple, to garnish

1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 2 minutes or more to create a smooth and creamy beverage.

2. Pour into glasses and garnish with a fresh pineapple slice.
