Offer White Space
Map

The Offer White Space Map helps identify divisions in which you have specific opportunities and in which you might be missing opportunities.

Directions: In the first column, list the divisions in the customer company that might purchase your products and services. Then, in the top row, list your products and services. Complete the matrix, assigning dollar values where specific divisions might purchase a specific product. White spaces indicate zero revenue or revenue below a certain threshold. These may be places where you don’t have the right relationships or you may not have considered that product for that division in the past.
