It also affects class file attributes, access control rules, bytecode invocation rules, reflection, method invocation, and field access rules.

It also adds new class file attributes, modifies MethodHandle lookup rules, results in class transformation/redefinition—the JVM TI and java.lang.instrument APIs, JDWP, and JDI (com.sun.jdi.VirtualMachine).
