Calendar printing has changed a bit in Entourage 2004. Microsoft has wisely eliminated their custom intermediate Print dialog in favor of integrating its functions with the standard Mac OS X Print dialog. The pages you will be printing now appear in a Quick Preview in the Copies & Pages pane of the dialog (see Figure 13).

The Quick Preview area is interactive: it changes as you modify the criteria on the right side of the window.

You can preview each page in the print job by clicking the arrow buttons below the Quick Preview area.

Clicking the Layout button in the Copies & Pages pane shows some new options (see Figure 14):

More control over which things you print, and the addition of font and style control, mean more efficient printing for you.

You now have much more control over which Tasks print; you can choose to print only items in a particular project, category, or both; and you can, at long last, exercise some control over the font and size of calendar labels and content.
