The visual part or representation of a Use case diagram is known as the use case. This represents the functionality of the system. An actor will execute a use case to achieve a goal. A use case is represented by an oval with the name of the functionality. For example, in a restaurant app, placing an order could be a use case. We can represent this as follows:
