  • The Six Sigma Initiative is better understood following Champion Training.

  • Six Sigma will facilitate breakthrough process improvements as well as quality or management improvements.

  • The purpose is to eliminate undesirable variation from our key processes affecting key customer outputs.

    • This is accomplished by deploying our best people (process experts) who will be highly trained in process improvement and advanced statistical methods.

  • Six Sigma is unique in that it utilizes 8 key tools to arrive at, and control and optimize critical-to-quality process parameters affecting customer expectations and requirements.

  • The Six Sigma initiative will be monitored quarterly for effectiveness and improvement by the Management Team.

  • Twelve key elements make up the deployment effort.
