⁵ Beware of organizations that provide you with “certifications” and honorifics—and sometimes “guaranteed” leads—after completing their seminar and/or sending in your money. They are a scam and worthless unless there are truly tough criteria to earn your designation and buyers accept the designation as a legitimate indicator of quality. No buyer in my entire speaking career has cared that I’m in the Speakers Hall of Fame, much less for the other 14 initials that groups have bestowed upon me. I don’t use them because they make me (or anyone) appear to be overcompensating for some lack!
