Monjur Ahmed is senior lecturer and research leader at the Centre for Information Technology (CfIT), Waikato Institute of Technology, New Zealand. Monjur’s research areas include Cyber Leadership, Information Security & Privacy, Securing computing environment through Decentralized Computing, Cloud Computing, edge computing, fog computing and Internet-of-Things. He has contributed in research events and conference in New Zealand and internationally with different roles as organizing/committee member. Monjur is a member (MIITP) of IT Professionals New Zealand (ITPNZ). He is certified in cybersecurity leadership and holds GIAC Strategic Planning, Policy and Leadership (GSTRT).

Sabbir Ahmed is currently working as a PhD researcher student at the UniSA STEM, University of South Australia. Prior to joining University of South Australia, he worked as an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science, American International University–Bangladesh (AIUB), Dhaka, Bangladesh. He earned his BSc and MSc in computer science from the same university. His research work focuses on the cyber security but is not limited to that field. At present, his research plan and study concentrates on big data analytics for the distributed system.

Mehmet Ali Eken is an MSc student of Computer Engineering at Middle East Technical University, Turkey. He got his BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Middle East Technical University in 2019. He is currently among the student members of the Wireless Systems, Networks and Cybersecurity Laboratory at METU. He is also a scholar within the 5G and Beyond Joint Graduate Support Program coordinated by Information and Communication Technologies Authority in Turkey, where he is conducting research in collaboration with Vodafone Turkey. His current research interests lie in the fields of vehicular edge computing, cybersecurity and fifth-generation wireless networks.

Adam A. Alli is a PhD fellow in computer science and engineering fellow at Islamic University of Technology (IUT), Board Bazar, Gazipur-1704, Bangladesh. He received his MSc in computer science (2008) at the University of Mysore, India, BSc in computer science (2002) at Islamic University in Uganda. He also received a postgraduate diploma in management and teaching at Higher Education (2015) at Islamic University in Uganda, and a graduate diploma in ICT Leadership and Knowledge Society (2013) at Dublin City University through the GeSCI program. He was dean Faculty of Science at Islamic University in Uganda from 2011 to 2016. He is a lecturer of computer science and Engineering at both Islamic University in Uganda and Uganda Technical College (UTC) Bushenyi. He is a lead researcher for Islamic University in Uganda ICT4D group.

Shahriar Arnab was born in Khulna, Bangladesh. In 2013, he completed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination from Foylahat Kamal Uddin Secondary School in Science group. After that from Digraj Degree College he earned his higher Secondary School Certificate in 2016 from Science. At present, he has been doing his undergraduate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in Brac University since 2017. He has also been working there as a student tutor since 2019. As his area of interests are electronics and communication, specifically microelectronics and wireless communication, he has done a major in Electronics as well as he has done some core courses in communication. He has earned some skills like leadership, communication, time management, interpersonal relationship by scouting, sports Olympiad and debating. His areas of interest include IOT, smart grid, MATLAB® and Python. Now, he is trying to do research in these areas.

Pelin Angin is an assistant professor of Computer Engineering at Middle East Technical University, Turkey. She completed her BS in Computer Engineering at Bilkent University in 2007 and her PhD in computer science at Purdue University, USA in 2013. Between 2014 and 2016, she worked as a visiting assistant professor and postdoctoral researcher at Purdue University. Her research interests lie in the fields of cloud computing and IoT security, distributed systems, 5G networks and blockchain. She is among the founding members of the Systems Security Research Laboratory and an affiliate of the Wireless Systems, Networks and Cybersecurity Laboratory at METU. She serves on the editorial boards of multiple journals on IoT and mobile computing. She has over 12 years of experience in cybersecurity with over 40 publications at high impact journals and conferences.

Rachel Cardell-Oliver studies distributed sensor networks, designing systems that integrate data measurement using environmental sensors, data collection with wireless communication systems and data analysis using data mining techniques. Working with multi-disciplinary teams, she has researched environmental challenges such as understanding public transport use, reducing household water consumption, measuring water use by native Australian plants and the performance of rammed earth for sustainable buildings in outback Australia. Rachel was introduced to distributed systems during her Honours and Master’s degrees in computer science at UWA, leading to a PhD on formal methods for distributed systems at the University of Cambridge. She has worked at the University of Essex in the UK and the University of Western Australia, where she is now head of Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering.

Shivani Chaskar has received her MSc degree in computer science from Lakehead University. Her research interests are in smart health and IoT.

Salimur Choudhury is an associate professor in the Department of Computer Science and leads the Optimization Research Group at Lakehead University. He received the PhD degree in computing from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada, in 2012. The primary research focus of Dr Choudhury is network optimization, wireless communication, cellular automata, approximation algorithms and so on. He has published more than 40 peer reviewed publications and received grants from various government sectors and industries as well. He is the co-founder of the conference, SGIoT. He has been serving as an editor for the Parallel Processing Letters and the International Journal of Computers and Applications.

Sumit Chowdhury was born and raised in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is currently pursuing BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Brac University in 2020. He majored in both Electronics and Computer. Winning first prize for showcasing the project titled ‘Smart Street Light’ in the 2019 International Conference on Energy and Power Engineering organized by IEEE Power and Energy Society was one of his best achievements in recent times. His research interests include the IoT, edge computing and wireless communication. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, he intends to apply for the higher studies to further his knowledge of nanotechnology and progress toward a career as a researcher.

Dhruvi Desai has received her MSc degree in computer science from Lakehead University. Her research interests are in health informatics, security and IoT. Before immigrating to Canada in 2018, she worked as an Application Development Analyst for two years with Accenture Solutions Pvt LTD. She has pursued her BE in Computer Engineering in 2016. She is adventurous and likes to hike in new places.

Abebe Diro received PhD degree in Cybersecurity from La Trobe University, Australia, 2019. He received his MSc degree in computer science from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, in 2010. He also completed BSc degree at Haramaya University, Ethiopia, 2007. Abebe worked at Wollega University from 2007 to 2013 as a director of ICT Development and lecturer in computer science. He is currently a Postdoctoral fellow at Optus La Trobe Cyber Security Innovation Hub. He is a member of Australian Information Security Association (AISA). His research interests include machine learning based cybersecurity, IoT security, cryptography, fog security, cloud security and software-defined networking.

Mahzabeen Emu is a graduate research assistant at the Department of Computer Science, Lakehead University. She was awarded a BSc degree in computer science and engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) in 2017. She is currently pursuing her MSc in computer science at Lakehead University. Her research interests include optimization, IoT and artificial intelligence in the field of networking. She was awarded with Gold Medal award at the 10th convocation of Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) by the Education Minister of Bangladesh. She is the recipient of Vector Institute AI Masters Scholarship (2019), MITACS accelerate research award (2020), Ontario Graduate Scholarship-OGS 2020-21.

Fariha Eusufzai was born and raised in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She is currently pursuing BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Brac University in 2020. She has done her major in the Communication sector. She currently occupies the job of an intern in the Brac University Research and Development Lab as a content writer. She has received the ‘VICE Chancellor Award’ for maintaining discipline and devotion to duties during a Residential Semester at Brac University. Her research interests include MIMO-OFDM/NOMA, Wireless Communication, IoT and smart city. After finishing her graduation, she plans to proceed to pursue higher education to advance her understanding of cognitive IoT and smart city and to advance her career in research.

Mostafa M. Fouda received the BS (Hons.) and MS degrees in electrical engineering from Benha University, Egypt, in 2002 and 2007, respectively, and the PhD degree in information sciences from Tohoku University, Japan, in 2011. He is currently an assistant professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Idaho State University, ID, USA. He also holds the position of associate professor with Benha University, Egypt. He has served as an assistant professor with Tohoku University, Japan. He was a Postdoctoral research associate with Tennessee Technological University, USA. He has published over 30 articles in IEEE conference proceedings and journals. His research interests include cyber security, machine learning, blockchain, the IoT, 5G networks, smart healthcare, and smart grid communications. He has served on the technical committees of several IEEE conferences. He is also a reviewer in several IEEE Transactions and Magazines and an associate editor of IEEE Access.

David G. Glance is the director of the UWA Centre for Software and Security Practice, a UWA research and development center. Dr Glance worked in the finance and software industry for over 20 years before spending the last 18 years at UWA. The UWA CSSP provides training and research opportunities for students and has developed commercial software in the health and education sectors that is being used across Australia in hospitals, GP clinics and aboriginal medical services. Dr Glance has consulted with the OECD on reviewing national cybersecurity strategies and assessments of cybersecurity maturity in national SMEs. Dr Glance has written monographs, chapters and numerous research papers and has published over 500 articles working as a columnist for The Conversation. Dr Glance regularly appears on radio and TV discussing cybersecurity and other topics.

Habiba Hamid is a PhD candidate at the Department of Computer System & Technology, Faculty of Computer Science & Information Technology, Universiti Malaya (UM), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She holds a master’s degree in Information Technology from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU), Mbale. Her research interests include IoT Security, Wireless Sensor Networks, big data and Machine Learning. She is a researcher with the Department of Computer System & Technology, Faculty of Computer Science & Information Technology, Universiti Malaya (UM).

Tahmidul Haq is currently pursuing the BSc degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Brac University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. His research interests include NOMA, cognitive radio, IoT and wireless communication.

Lwembawo Ibrahim is a Master’s student of Technical Education with specialization in computer science engineering at the Islamic University of Technology (IUT), Board Bazar, Gazipur-1074, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (2018) at the Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) and he also works as a computer Lab Officer at the same University. His main research interests include cloud computing, IoT, design thinking, digital learning, mobile computing and machine learning.

James Jin Kang has worked in areas including telecommunication networks, health informatics, IoHT (Internet of Health Things) and sensor networks, cybersecurity and disaster recovery using smart sensors in low-power wide area networks. He has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years with projects in Spark NZ, Nokia (Alcatel-Lucent), NBN Co., Telstra, Siemens and Vodafone, Australia. He specialized in network intelligence for wired and mobile networks during the earlier stages of his career and later worked on career networks such as IP/MPLS, IMS, NGN, NBN and VoIP technologies. He recently went to Ethiopia as a volunteer IT advisor sponsored by the Australian Government (DFAT) to help NGOs and plans to teach in developing countries as a volunteer in the future.

Kalinaki Kassim is a technology enthusiast, researcher and a lecturer with more than 5 years teaching experience. He completed both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Technical Education with specialization in computer science and engineering from the Islamic University of Technology (IUT) in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Currently he serves both as a lecturer and the head of computer science department at Islamic University in Uganda.

His main research interests include Cybersecurity, IoT, Machine Learning, Data Science and Educational Technologies.

Sarthak Kothari, born in Mumbai, India, in 1993, moved to Canada in 2018. He obtained his master's degree in computer science in 2020. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in computer engineering in 2015 and worked in the information technology industry for 3 years after graduation. He also coauthored technical papers ‘Managing Data Provenance in the Semantic Web' in 2019 and ‘Android Suburban Railway Ticketing with GPS as Ticket Checker' in 2015 are considered to be his other significant works. he actively volunteers for projects aimed at uplifting the community. People can find him exploring nature or doodling in a coffee shop during his spare time.

Zubair Md Fadlullah is currently an associate professor with the Computer Science Department, Lakehead University and a Research Chair of the Thunder Bay Regional Health Research Institute (TBRHRI), Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. He was an associate professor at the Graduate School of Information Sciences (GSIS), Tohoku University, Japan, from 2017 to 2019. His main research interests are in the areas of emerging communication systems, such as 5G New Radio and beyond, deep learning applications on solving computer science and communication system problems, UAV-based systems, smart health technology, cyber security, game theory, smart grid and emerging communication systems. He received several best paper awards at conferences including IEEE/ACM IWCMC, IEEE GLOBECOM and IEEE IC-NIDC. He is currently editor of IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (TVT), IEEE Network Magazine, IEEE Access, IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society and Ad Hoc & Sensor Wireless Networks (AHSWN) journal. Dr Fadlullah is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc).

A B M Mehedi Hasan is working as a Lecturer at Australian Institute of Higher Education, NSW, Australia. He completed his Master of Information Technology (Software Development) from University of Technology Sydney, Australia. He also completed MBA (Finance and Banking) from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh and Bachelor of Science in computer science from American International University, Bangladesh. His research interests are data mining, big data, business analytics and user experience design.

Amit Kumar received the MSc degree in computer science from Lakehead University, Thunder Bay, Canada. Prior to Master’s, he worked as a software engineer at Hyderabad, India. He has filed a patent with India Patent Organization in January 2017 (current status: Published). He is also a certified ethical hacker and security analyst from Ec – Council. He has served as a cyber security trainer for over 7 years and shared his knowledge with students and working professionals across pan India. He has received critical appreciation toward his work and training programs from various colleges and universities. His current main interests are in the IoT, cyber security and machine learning.

Dr Andrew Levula is the director of Academic Program and acting academic dean at Sydney International School of Technology and Commerce. He completed his PhD in the Faculty of Engineering and IT at The University of Sydney and he holds a Master’s of Information Communication Technology with Distinction from the University of Wollongong. He has over 8 years of program development and academic teaching experience in Information Systems. He has published many journals, book chapters, conference papers and industry reports. Additionally, He has over 7 years of industry experience having worked in Telecommunication and for the Fijian Government. In Government, he oversaw the Business Solutions Department which managed the whole of Government critical and non-critical applications. He was instrumental in the development of new Government department websites and the development of critical e-Government application systems.

Nour Moustafa is postgraduate discipline coordinator (Cyber) and lecturer in Cyber Security at the School of Engineering and Information Technology (SEIT), University of New South Wales (UNSW)'s UNSW Canberra Australia. He was a postdoctoral fellow in Cybersecurity at UNSW Canberra from June 2017 till February 2019. He received his PhD degree in the field of Cyber Security from UNSW in 2017. He obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Information Systems in 2009 and 2014, respectively, from the Faculty of Computer and Information, Helwan University, Egypt. His areas of interest include cyber security and AI, in particular, network security, AI-enabled cyber defenses, microservices, intrusion detection systems, statistics, deep learning and machine learning techniques. He is interested in designing and developing threat detection and forensic mechanisms to the Industry 4.0 technology for identifying malicious activities from cloud computing, fog computing, IoT and industrial control systems over virtual machines and physical systems. He has several research grants with totaling over AUD 1.5 Million. He has been awarded the 2020 prestigious Australian Spitfire Memorial Defence Fellowship award. He is also a senior IEEE Member, ACM distinguished speaker, as well as CSCRC and Spitfire fellow. He has served his academic community, as the guest associate editor of IEEE transactions journals, including IEEE Transactions on Artificial Intelligence, IEEE IoT Journal, IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Access, Electronics, Future Internet and journal of Information Security Journal: A Global Perspective. He has also served over seven conferences in leadership roles, involving vice-chair, session chair, Technical Program Committee (TPC) member and proceedings chair, including 2020 IEEE TrustCom and 2020 33rd Australasian Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence.

Nambobi Mutwalibi is a research assistant at Motion Analysis Research Lab, Islamic University in Uganda. He is also working as the Head of Science and Technology, Labour College of East Africa. He was a research assistant in Technical and Vocational Education ( TVE) department at Islamic University of Technology, Bangladesh (IUT, 2018). He holds MBA (Nexus International University Formally Virtual University of Uganda, Muyenga, Kampala), BSc Technical Education (Islamic University of Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh) specializing in computer science and engineering. His research interests include Disruptive Innovations, JTBD, Wargaming Strategy, Game theory, Blue Ocean Strategy, Blended learning, Green Skills, TVET and ICTs in a developing country.

Naveen Kumar Oburi has received his MSc degree in computer science from Lakehead University. His research interests are in health informatics and IoT. He graduated in Bachelor of Computer Science in Mallareddy Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, India in 2017 and did Microsoft .Net Course in Naresh IT Hyderabad, India. He created many web-based applications and projects on healthcare and developed Android applications and is currently doing projects and research on Data Science Technologies.

Anam Parveen completed her bachelor’s in computer science from Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, India, and master’s in computer science from Lakehead University, Thunder Bay, in 2020. Her final year project was on Securing Healthcare Records Using Hyperledger Fabric Across the Network Edge. She was an excellent student, who performed to the best of her abilities in each subject and completed her curriculum with a percentile of 81. She currently resides in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and is pursuing her career as a software tester at FDM.

Krassie Petrova is a senior research lecturer and director of Postgraduate Studies at the School of Engineering, Computer and Mathematical Sciences (SECMS), Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand. She has over 10 years of international experience of consulting in information systems development and management, and over 15 years of university teaching in information systems, programming, data communications and networks. She has published and presented in New Zealand and internationally. Her research areas include digital service and application adoption and business models, information security, AI/ML applications, mobile- and eLearning, and IS/IT education, curriculum development and student skill and capability building. Her current research is focused on developing security solutions for cloud computing including mobile cloud and cloud-based computing environments, and on the study of the role of human factors in information security. She is the managing co-editor of Quality Assurance in Education (QAE), and an accepting editor at the Journal of Information Technology and Education (JITE). Professional memberships: Association for Information Systems (AIS), ATNAC New Zealand (Vice-chair).

Md Shamsur Rahim is currently a working as a lecturer at the Australian Institute of Higher Education. He completed his BSc in computer science and software engineering and MSc in computer science from American International University, Bangladesh. His research interests include data science, big data, data mining and machine learning.

Leeyana Farheen Rahman was born on May 13, 1997 in Bangladesh. She is currently a final year student pursuing her BSc in Electronic and Communication Engineering at Brac University in Dhaka. She is also appointed by BRACU as a teacher’s assistant in the EEE Department for her meritorious record. She took her primary and secondary education in Playpen School where she was awarded with the Certificate of Excellence in all academic years. After completing her Cambridge International O level in 2014 and A level in 2016 with outstanding results, she started her own tutoring business to teach mathematics, physics and chemistry to O-level students. Her research interests include telecommunications, mobile networks, IoT, smart grids and network security. Apart from studies, she has keen interest in apparel designing and event planning.

Akshai Ramesh has received his MSc degree in computer science from Lakehead University. His research interests are in smart health and IoT. Currently, he is working as a web designer at Digital Main Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He is always eager to learn more about the current technological advances and the developments that can change this fast-growing world. He enjoys being challenged in areas that require him to work outside his comfort and knowledge set. He is extremely motivated and enthusiastic by new challenges and looks forward to being as innovative as ever.

Saifur Rahman Sabuj was born in Bangladesh. He is currently working with the Electronics and Control Engineering Department as a Postdoctoral research fellow at Hanbat National University, South Korea. He has held the position of an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Brac University, Bangladesh, since September 2017. From 2008 to 2013, he was a faculty member of Green University of Bangladesh, Metropolitan University, Sylhet and Bangladesh University. He received a BSc in Electrical, Electronics and Communication Engineering from Dhaka University, Bangladesh in 2007, an MSc Engineering from the Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh, in 2011 and a PhD degree in the Graduate School of Engineering, Kochi University of Technology, Japan, in 2017. His research interests include MIMO-OFDM/NOMA, cooperative communication, cognitive radio, IoT and machine-to-machine for wireless communications.

Prem Sagar has received his MSc degree in computer science from Lakehead University. His research interests are in smart health informatics and IoT. He completed his bachelor’s degree in computer science & Engineering at Kakatiya University, India, in 2016. Later in the same year he started working as a software engineer in IBM Private Limited, India for almost 2 years. During his master’s he has worked on different projects related to web-based applications, android applications, text analysis and interactive interfaces which resulted in the publication of a book chapter. He is currently applying for the developer positions in IT companies.

Shohani Sahren was born in Bangladesh. She is currently a fourth-year Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) student at Brac University. She will be graduating in 2020 with a BSc degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with a concentration in Electronics and Computer Studies. Her research interests include cyber security, smart city, IoT, industrial IoT and wireless communication. She plans to apply for higher studies after completing her undergraduate studies to enhance her knowledge of industrial cloud IoT & big data analytics and research. She hopes to create innovations that will not only make life easier for people but will also inspire the next generation of engineers.

Sadman Sakib has completed his BSc in CSE from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2017. He has been with the Department of Computer Science, Lakehead University, Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, as a graduate student since 2019. His research interests are in the field of intelligent computing/communication systems for mobile health (mHealth) applications for providing better health outcomes in northern Ontario and beyond. He was the winner of the best student's poster award of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) category in the graduate conference held at the Graduate Student Conference - Poster Presentation, Research and Innovation Week, Lakehead University, 2020. He also received an internship opportunity through the Mitacs Accelerate research grant in 2020.

Arti Sharma has received her MSc degree in computer science from Lakehead University. Her research interests are in smart health and IoT. She is a full stack developer with technology and management skills and works for a software company. The company develops and designs as per the user requirement to provide solutions that enable for high-quality service. She inherently understands that the customers are the single most valuable asset an organization can have and is driven by the ideals and user experience. As a full stack developer, she is responsible for design, developing and maintaining the frontend and backend of websites. She has a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Nagpur Institute of Technology.

Mosarrat Jahan Siddika was born and raised in Bangladesh. She is currently pursuing Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering under Brac University in Dhaka. In 2013, she completed her O level and graduated in 2016, completing her International A level from Pearson Edexcel. She has provided tutoring assistance to children of all ages, specializing in mathematics and science. Her research interests include wireless communications, IoT, edge computing and artificial intelligence in MEC. She was also involved in her respective club, IEEE as well as a business club to further enrich and diversify her knowledge. Furthermore, she has also indulged herself in activities to test her potential in fields beyond her expertise.

Leslie F. Sikos, PhD, is a computer scientist specializing in network forensics and cybersecurity applications powered by artificial intelligence and data science. He has worked both in academia and the industry, and has 20+ industry certificates. He is an active member of the research community as an author, editor, reviewer, conference organizer and speaker. His community engagement includes public talks, media appearances and articles in professional magazines. He is a reviewer at flagship journals in cybersecurity, such as Computers & Security, Crime Science and IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing. He is a volume editor of Springer’s Advanced Information & Knowledge Processing and Intelligent Systems Reference Library book series. As an invited expert, he reviews book proposals in computer science for Springer. Dr Sikos published more than 20 books, including AI in Cybersecurity and Data Science in Cybersecurity and Cyberthreat Intelligence.

Aniqa Tasnim Oishi was born in Bangladesh. She is currently completing her BSc degree from Brac University, Bangladesh, in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. She completed her O level and International A level under Pearson Edexcel in 2014 and 2016, respectively, with exceptional grades. Since then, she has been a private tutor for A-level students. She has also worked as a student tutor in her department since 2019. She is a trained Rabindra-sangeet singer and has worked in Shurer Dhara Music School from 2016 to 2018. She was also associated with Brac University Cultural Club and has performed on several occasions. Moreover, she has actively volunteered in Bangladesh Red Crescent Society. Her research interests include electronics and communication, particularly Wireless Communication, 5G networks, IoT and Photonics.

Tahrat Tazrin has been with the Department of Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence Specialization, Lakehead University, Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, since 2019. She is currently serving as a graduate and research assistant at Lakehead University. She completed her BSc in computer science and engineering from Brac University, Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2018. Her research interests are in smart health analytics with a particular focus on developing logic-in-sensor EEG headsets, IoT and edge computing. She has reviewed several papers in IEEE journals, and magazines including IEEE IoT Magazine, IEEE Communications Magazine and IEEE Access.

Wencheng Yang is a postdoctoral researcher at the Security Research Institute in the School of Science, Edith Cowan University. His major research interests are biometric security, biometric recognition, network security. He has authored a number of papers published in high-ranking journals, including, IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, Pattern Recognition.
