ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER

AMBER PROCACCINI is a commercial and editorial photographer based in Minneapolis. She specializes in photographing kids, babies, food, and travel, and her passion for photography almost equals her passion for finding the perfect taco. Amber met Liz while photographing her first book, Kitchen Science Lab for Kids, and she knew they’d make a great team when they bonded over cornichons, pâté, and brie. When Amber isn’t photographing eye-rolling tweens or making cheeseburgers look mouthwatering, she and her husband love to travel and enjoy new adventures together.
