About the Author

Dirk Zeller started his entrepreneurial career more than 50 years ago with lemonade stands. He has been creating his own economy through numerous businesses since he was 24 years old. For more than 30 years, he has signed both the front and back of each paycheck he earned. He founded Real Estate Champions and Sales Champions in 1998. Both are recognized as leading organizations in sales training and coaching in the business-to-consumer selling fields.

Dirk is one of the most sought-after speakers in success, time management, peak performance, and sales in the world. He has presented worldwide to hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs, salespeople, and senior executives. Dirk has been awarded the CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) award from the National Speakers Association. Only 11 percent of speakers achieve this lofty award.

Dedication

No one accomplishes great things in a vacuum or all by themselves. So many people have contributed to my success in life. I must acknowledge a dear friend, Zig Ziglar, who wrote the original Success For Dummies book. Zig was instrumental in his guidance and words of wisdom to me entering the professional speaking arena in 1998. He was a wonderful mentor and friend.

My most influential and significant mentor and friend has always been my father, Norman Zeller. I dedicate this book to him as a small token of thanks for the success principles he taught and demonstrated to myself and others through his daily living. I was able to observe first-hand through his words, but most importantly through his actions, many of the principles and strategies in this book. He rose from being raised in a home with dirt floors to becoming a successful dentist, businessman, real estate investor, husband, father, and friend. His loyalty and commitment to my mother through her 40-year battle with multiple sclerosis in nearly 50 years of marriage until her death established a foundation that I have been blessed to build upon. He continues to live out his life principles every day, at 87 years of age, as he tends to his farm and lives life on his terms. Dad, you are truly amazing, and it’s my honor to be your son!
