The Conscience Economy was broadly informed by a range of books, papers, articles, and conversations. Many of my assertions are based on the sum of my own experiences working across a range of business sectors, and I take full responsibility (and blame) for them! However, there are particular works that have had considerable influence on my thinking, and in this section I set out some of the readings and source material that I’ve found both informative and provocative. In deference to the discussion in many of the chapters of the book about the efficacy of online collaboration, I have referenced Wikipedia and other online information throughout—no doubt by the time you read this, the resources to be found online will be even better!
