BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCHES OF QUOTED SYSTEMS ENGINEERS
Most organizations, systems engineers, and others who contributed to the research reported here did so anonymously; i.e. we cannot reveal their names. A handful of people, however, were kind enough to allow us to reveal their identities. We thank these seven individuals very much for their willingness to be mentioned by name throughout the book at points where their stories matter. For each of them, Table A.1 offers a thumbnail biography to provide more context about who they are and why we chose them.
