Jeff Schwartz is the founding partner of Deloitte Consulting's U.S. Future of Work practice, and the global editor since 2011 of its Global Human Capital Trends report. Jeff has led research on the evolution of work, workforces, and workplace practices and advised clients around the world on workforce transformation. A global consultant, Jeff has lived and worked in the United States, India, Russia, Belgium, Kenya, and Israel. In the past decade he has lived in India, leading the firm's global delivery capabilities for human capital and advised some of India's largest corporate domestic and multinational companies. Jeff has built practices for Deloitte in the United States, India, and Israel, including launching the firm's innovation tech terminal, Deloitte Catalyst, in Tel Aviv.

Jeff is the author of more than 30 articles on the future of work and talent strategies in publications including the Deloitte Review, the MIT Sloan Management Review, The Rotman Review, and The Wall Street Journal. He has traveled the world, starting his career as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Nepal, and later served as one of the first Associate Directors of the Peace in the Russian Federation. A graduate of the Yale School of Management, MBA, and Princeton's School of Public and International Affairs, MPA, Jeff currently resides in New York City.

Suzanne Riss has been telling stories for more than 20 years, as a daily reporter, magazine editor, author, and, most recently, as a marketing strategist and integrated content creator. During her seven years as the editor-in-chief of Working Mother, the magazine received four Folio awards for excellence. Suzanne's expertise in work/life trends has been tapped for interviews with The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, NPR, Good Morning America, The Today Show, and CNN. She is the co-author of The Working Mom Survival Guide (Weldon Owen, 2011) and The Optimist's Guide to Divorce (Workman Publishing, 2017). Suzanne has held senior marketing and communications roles at JPMorgan Chase and, currently, at Knopman Marks. She lives in Maplewood, New Jersey, with her son Jack and dog Messi.

Tom Fishburne started drawing cartoons on the backs of business cases as a Harvard Business School student. Tom's Marketoonist series has grown by word of mouth to reach a few hundred thousand marketers every week and his cartoons have been featured by The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, and The New York Times. His cartoons have appeared on two billboard ads in Times Square and helped win a Guinness World Record. Tom is the founder of Marketoonist, a small communications agency focused on the unique medium of cartoons. Since 2010, the agency has developed marketing and internal communication campaigns for 150 businesses such as Google, IBM, LinkedIn, and Kronos. Tom draws (literally and figuratively) from 20 years in the marketing trenches, including roles at HotelTonight, Method, General Mills, and Nestlé. He started his marketing career selling advertising space for the first English-language magazine in Prague. He is the author of Your Ad Ignored Here: Cartoons from 15 Years of Marketing, Business, and Doodling in Meetings and gave a TED talk on The Power of Laughing at Ourselves. Tom lives and draws near San Francisco with his wife and two daughters.
