Introduction

In this chapter we are going to create a relational network from scratch. Relational networks are a data visualization that is used to represent a tree data structure. They give a good idea of hierarchy and structure, and can be used in cases such as jobs hierarchy or process structure. This chapter is going to cover parsing the data, creating the nodes, arranging those nodes, navigation, animation, and sound.
