About the Technical Reviewers

Gene Kellison is a computer specialist working at the Bureau of the Public Debt, part of the U.S. Treasury. He is also a part-time computer consultant. He has 16 years of programming and operating systems experience, from mainframes to minicomputers, to NetWare and Windows NT servers. He is a 1999 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University, and a two-year graduate of West Virginia University at Parkersburg. Gene lives with his wife and son in Vienna, West Virginia where they enjoy walking, golf, genealogy, and Civil War research.

William McLuskie is a senior consulting partner with Acentron Technologies, Inc. (http://www.acentron.com). He specializes in the development of n-tiered, Web-based applications for national and international clients. Most of his development work is done on the Microsoft Windows platforms using IIS, MTS, ASP, and Visual Studio. Additionally, he has taught object-oriented design, component development, and various programming languages at several universities, as well as in the corporate sector. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Computer Information Systems. Bill lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife, Brenda and daughter, Caitlyn. When he is not coding, he is an avid student of Japanese martial arts and currently is the chief instructor at Aikido of Charlotte.
