He is a 1999 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University, and a two-year graduate of West Virginia University at Parkersburg. Gene lives with his wife and son in Vienna, West Virginia where they enjoy walking, golf, genealogy, and Civil War research.

William McLuskie is a senior consulting partner with Acentron Technologies, Inc. (http://www.acentron.com). He specializes in the development of n-tiered, Web-based applications for national and international clients. Additionally, he has taught object-oriented design, component development, and various programming languages at several universities, as well as in the corporate sector.
