I never realised how isolating, reflective and transformational writing a book could be, and I wanted to take a quick moment to thank all of the people who supported me during the process.

Firstly, my deepest thanks to Kila and the girls for putting up with me constantly talking about ‘the book' and giving me the space to indulge in the many hours of writing it.
