In this chapter we have learned app development for Windows using Win32 api and Code::Blocks. We then focused on GUI toolkit and developed our first app for Windows and Linux using wxWidgets toolkit.

Code::Blocks also has a rapid application development toolkit and we used it to develop our own Notepad app.

In the next chapter we'll take one app and learn how to plan and develop it from scratch.
