Luxury Hotels

Unless otherwise stated, all hotels accept credit cards, have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning

  1. Hôtel de Crillon

With one of the best locations in Paris, one of the best restaurants and one of the best reputations, the Crillon is for those who enjoy their comforts. From the marble lounge to the light and spacious rooms, the Crillon oozes class and distinction.

  2. Four Seasons George V

One of the most luxurious and fashionable hotels in Paris, the George V combines period features with modern amenities. Bedrooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and have marble bathrooms. The restaurant, Le Cinq, has become one of “the” places to eat.

  3. The Westin Paris

A world away from the usual anonymity of chain hotels, being set in a 19th-century building designed by Charles Garnier and overlooking the Tuileries. The original atmosphere has been retained, but the rooms offer everything you would expect from a Westin hotel.

  4. Lotti

An intimate version of a grand hotel, with the atmosphere of a private club. Most rooms are spacious and well equipped, but it has resisted the thorough modernization that many of its rivals have undergone.

  5. Meurice

The sumptuous antique decor of the Meurice may not be original, but you would never know it. The fading hotel was completely restored in 2000 rather than just refurbished, creating spacious guest rooms and state-of-the-art facilities, while retaining a traditional feel. And the location could not be better.

  6. Renaissance Le Parc Trocadero

The façade of this 1912 mansion conceals a beautiful flower-filled courtyard, while the interior decor combines the feel of the old with the design of the new. Superchef Alain Ducasse has one of his top restaurant, Le Relais du Parc, here (see Le Relais du Parc).

  7. Plaza Athénée

Surrounded by designer shops is this venerable but thoroughly modernized hotel. Alain Ducasse has a restaurant in the hotel (see Places to Eat).

  8. Hôtel Raphaël

One of the city’s finest hotels. The antique decor is reflected in the rooms but they have been fully modernized in terms of facilities. Higher floors have stunning Parisian views.

  9. Ritz Hotel

The Ritz has never lost its glamour and still attracts visiting film stars, royalty and politicians. Antique furniture is backed up by every modern requirement.

  10. Westminster

This hotel was built in the 18th century and was named after the Duke of Westminster who used to stay here. The rooms combine modern facilities with elegant English-style furnishings.
