Sketch the shape of the body with bluish gray, coloring in along the way. Press down lightly within the wing. Using midnight gray, draw the beak and the nose flap above it, the pattern on the wing, and the tail. With reddish orange and black, draw the eye.

Draw the feet with your fuchsia pencil, and then use it again along with turquoise to create the pattern on the neck and chest. Layer over the colors with pale green and lavender. It’s easy to deepen colors by layering the lighter ones over the darker ones.

The claws can be drawn with midnight gray, but switch to dark gray to roughly go back over the entire body. Lastly, color in areas on the wing with white.
