China Executive Leadership Academy Pudong (CELAP), a Shanghai-based national institution, is funded by the central government and supervised by Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee. Our training is for senior leaders from government and top executives from the business community. We focus on social improvement and economic development. CELAP was officially opened on 18 March, 2005.
