For all of the vendors that I have dealt with that have
shown me a touch of customer service excellence
from which I have learned greatly.

And to those vendors that have shown me scorn
as a customer from which I have also learned greatly.

Changing the name from customer service to customer care
never improves the service but only makes for angrier customers.
