About the Hot Spots Movement
Lynda Gratton founded the Hot Spots Movement in 2006. Since then, the movement has become the focus of a global community of many thousands of people, all of whom share a passion for bringing energy and innovation to people at work.

They train people world-wide in how to support and lead high-performing and innovative teams and communities. The flagship “Hotbed for Hot Spots” program runs in London every couple of months. There are also specialized programs to train human resource professionals and team leaders.
