So far, we have covered and understood the power of adapters in Worklight with its different types provided by the IBM Worklight bundle and figured out how each adapter's type can be utilized between mobile and enterprise applications to deliver data between them. We also saw how IBM Worklight proves itself to be the best and easiest way to interact with backend services and databases using an adapter with an efficient client code in JavaScript. In the next chapter, we will cover another core topic of how to apply security while transmitting data between the enterprise and mobile application for the authorized user.
