In Part I we provided a foundation for our concept of Just Technology, Justice and Sustain-
ability. Part II presents a framework for making just decisions about technology based on four
questions that direct our focus to include issues beyond the purely technological. We now move
to showing how our concept of Just Technology can be incorporated into the traditional practice
of engineering design in the implementation of technology.
