The markings divide the circle
into 360°. For a wheg with
three legs, each leg will be 1/3
of the way around the circle,
or 120°. Drag the curved
arrow around the dial until
the second leg gets to the
120-degree mark (Figure
L
).
• For the third leg, just click
the “Duplicate and Repeat”
button again. The third leg
will automatically appear at
the correct angle.
5. To make the hub of the wheg,
start with the extra transparent
wheel cylinders you created
along with the copies of the leg:
• First, click on the wheel
and drag the extra cylinders
to other parts of the
Workplane
(Figure
M
).
• Make one cylinder
15mm by 15mm.
• Give it a regular color by
un-clicking “Transparent”
and choosing whatever
color you like.
• Make the second cylinder
3mm by 3mm. Instead of
a color, click on “Hole”
to use as the center of
the wheg

• Leave both cylinders for now.
