Documenting the Design Decisions
Documentation should be created that summarizes the findings and decisions made in the design process. These decisions can then be implemented in the test environment where certain end users can be called on to run the configuration through its paces to confirm that the configuration meets their expectations and requirements and that the complexity level does not exceed their abilities.
