This portion of the book covers the most common design patterns found in distributed solutions. The patterns are discussed in a progression that begins with the simplest, most common design patterns and builds to more complex, specialized patterns. Each pattern is discussed first in abstract terms and then in terms of its possible TIBCO ActiveMatrix-based implementations.
