in organizational learning?

This section organizes a variety of organizational learning strategies into individual, small-group, and whole-organization categories in order to provide a starting point to facilitate learning. However, we seldom learn in one isolated way: the most productive learning occurs when all three levels are operating simultaneously and synergistically.
