Summary

A TP separates the process of identifying a genuine TP from the process of identifying a specific TP. This provides a user with pseudonymous TP identities (or TPM identity keys). They are generated under explicit control of the platform and TPM owner and are named by the platform owner. A Certification Authority chosen by the platform owner vouches for the new identity and provides credentials for the identity.
