Since 1995, WE has built programs to enable people to create community and do good.

WE infuses social impact into our daily lives—to fundamentally alter the way people give, shop, travel, live, work and use technology. What makes a WE entity or program different? Impact is baked into the DNA: our team painstakingly rebuilds a regular experience into one that changes lives. WE takes daily actions and turns them into extraordinary opportunities to do good.

These are a few of our programs that help unlock the good— every day.

WE Schools provides 15,000 partner schools with free service-learning programs rooted in our WE Learn Curriculum resources and service campaigns such as WE Are Love, WE Won't Rest, WE Are One, WE Give Where WE Live, WE Give Health, WE Read Together, and WE Rise Above.

WE Families engages millions of parents, extended family, and children to teach the next generation to care and contribute through their daily choices and service campaigns such as WE Create Change, WE Stand Together and WE Volunteer Now.

WE Companies partners with Fortune 500 companies, startups and mom-and-pop shops, offering turn-key programs that connect partners' employees and customers to causes.

WE Living empowers consumers at 12,000 partner retail stores with socially conscious products and experiences to better the world. It allows individuals to make daily choices to change the world. It also educates the next generation on how to make a difference through initiatives such as the “We Give Where WE Live” speaking tour and resources.

WE Campus provides social entrepreneurs and purpose-driven businesses the accelerator of space, mentorship, technology, venture capital, and other resources to scale their vision. It includes the WE Global Learning Center as our movement's global headquarters, and the WE Incubation Hub that assists the next generation of change-makers to scale their best ideas to tackle the foremost social challenges of our time.

WE Day fills stadiums celebrating change-makers. WE Day Community brings the same energy to local groups, theaters, and schools. Finally, the WE Awards, presented on the WE Day stage and educational celebrations, celebrates outstanding innovation and impact.

WE Villages is our international development model providing holistic and sustainable empowerment through the 5 five pillars of WE Education, WE Water, WE Health, WE Food, WE Opportunity.

WE Give is high-impact philanthropy programming, transparently delivered to villages around the world and to at-risk communities domestically.

WE Shop is our online and brick-and-mortar curation of socially responsible products and services, including WE Eat socially-conscious chocolates and foods, WE Drink coffee and beverages empowering small-hold farmers, WE Play with toys and products that teach children and families about community as global citizens.

WE Trips gives everyone a chance to connect with other cultures and serve global communities through a bursary program in partnership with ME to WE Trips.

WE 365 is our “WE Operating System.” Namely, it is how we live WE 365 days a year. Launched in 2013, it underpins all of our programs, including the WE Day app which tracks volunteer hours and connects with a wider community of change-makers. WE Impact Rewards and Track Your Impact technology enables you to make socially conscious choices to live WE and better the world.
