Karen Mangia is Vice President, Customer and Market Insights at Salesforce where she engages current and future customers around the world to discover new ways of creating success and growth together. She has been featured in Forbes and regularly writes for ZDNet as well as for over 50,000 employees of Salesforce – an ecosystem that reaches over 3 million people worldwide. She also serves on the company's Racial Equality and Justice Task Force. She is a TEDx speaker and regularly delivers keynotes to thousands of managers and C‐suite leaders across the globe.

Karen is a trained chef and is probably cooking something fabulous right now, if she's not working on a virtual keynote presentation.
