The Exercise in Action: Loretta Gutting, manager of Southwestern Bell in St. Louis, uses a variation of the board game Scrabble as a review exercise. Gutting writes one word in the center of a piece of graph flipchart paper. Participants must build on that word and subsequent words in a Scrabble or crossword puzzle fashion.
