Richard Millington is the founder of FeverBee, a community consultancy whose clients have included Apple, Facebook, Google, SAP, Audi and hundreds of famous brands from around the world. Over the past 15 years, Richard has helped almost 300 organisations develop thriving communities for their customers, employees, fans and acquaintances.

Richard has also trained 1100+ community professionals to use principles of psychology, user experience, and a deeper understanding of business goals to grow and improve their communities. Richard has spoken at hundreds of events in dozens of countries around the world and his work has been featured in The Guardian, The Economist, and a plethora of other media platforms.

Richard’s last two books, Buzzing Communities and The Indispensable Community, are widely cited for bringing best practices into the field of leading successful online communities.
