Description
A msgaud is part of the additional information
associated with a message in a msgset. It identifies
the audience to which a particular msg is
relevant.
Processing expectations
May be formatted inline or as a displayed block, depending on context. Sometimes suppressed.
DocBook doesn’t specify anything about how a particular audience might be identified, or how different audiences are distinguished.
On the whole, the semantics of msgset are not
clearly defined.
