What’s the best way to eat the biggest frogs? One bite at a time. One of the greatest ways to beat procrastination is to focus on a single action you can take, instead of letting yourself get overwhelmed by a huge task. Go as far as you can see. Then you’ll be able to see far enough to keep going.

1. Think about the biggest frog in your life right now—personally, professionally, financially. Maybe you’re trying to save to buy a house, or anxious about starting a huge project at work. What ever the frog, make a list of all the steps you need to take to eventually eat that frog.
