Retrieve ordered
items swiftly and
easily to create
efficient workflow.
Seiso (Shine)
Keep the workspace
clean, because
cleanliness leads
to efficiency.
Seiketsu
(Standardize)
Keep consistent work
practices, tools, and
workstations, and
make roles clear.
Shitsuke (Sustain)
The four cornerstones
above become the
standard way to
operate all the time.
