1. To set up the app with a blank template from ionic, use this command:

$ ionic start HelloWorld_Blank blank

2. If you replace blank with tabs, it will create a tabs template, as shown:

$ ionic start HelloWorld_Tabs tabs

3. Similarly, the following command will create an app with a sidemenu:

$ ionic start HelloWorld_Sidemenu sidemenu

4. Likewise, the following command will create an app with the super template:

$ ionic start HelloWorld_Super super
