Section 3: Reporting

Even with the best examination in the world, if the investigator writes a weak report or is unable to communicate their findings, they will not be successful as an investigator. An investigator must be able to clearly and distinctly translate complex ideas into simple language for a non-technical user, and do so while maintaining the ethical principles of the profession.
