About the Author

JAMES BANNAN is a multiple-year recipient of Microsoft’s Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award in a variety of categories including System Center Configuration Manager and Cloud and Datacenter Management. He has worked in large corporate environments and K–12 education, and now consults across a range of industry spaces, including state and federal governments. He is a regular presenter at Microsoft TechEd/Ignite and lives in Melbourne, Australia.
