Brian Honan is a Senior IT Consultant and head of COMIT Technical Services, which is part of The COMIT Gruppe based in Dublin, Ireland. Brian advises clients of The COMIT Gruppe on technical infrastructure issues, strategic planning of local and wide area networks, and on designing and implementing core network services.

Marc Charneyhas 12 years of experience in the computer industry. After receiving his degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1987, Marc worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, where he helped design computer models of the United States economy. Marc then moved on to Sybase, where he helped develop its sales-office integration, automation, and networking strategy. In his next position at Delta Life & Annuity, Marc managed a complete overhaul of its network and systems infrastructure. Currently, Marc is an Internet Security and Intranet Development Manager at First Tennessee Bank where his efforts are focussed on Web integration of current bank systems.

William McLuskie is a Senior Consulting Partner with Acentron Technologies, Inc. He specializes in the development of n-tiered, web-based applications for national and international clients. Most of his development work is done on the Microsoft Windows platforms using IIS, MTS, ASP and Visual Studio. Additionally, he has taught object-oriented design, component development and various programming languages at several universities, as well as in the corporate sector. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and a M.Sc. in Computer Information Systems. William lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife Brenda and daughter Caitlyn. Paul HinsburgMBA, MCSE is the owner and operator or CRSD Inc., a computer consulting company in the Silicon Valley region. Paul also serves as a Senior Consultant with CRSD and has 14 years of experience with PC networking and enterprise systems, including Windows NT and Microsoft's BackOffice suite of products. Working as a software developer, Paul designs tools and utilities to augment his network consulting efforts. Some of the tools are included in commercial products. In addition to consulting, Paul has developed technical training courseware and has served as the author/co-author of such books as Windows NT Performance: Monitoring, Benchmarking and Tuning, New Riders, 1998 (ISBN:1-56205-942-4) and Windows NT Applications: Measuring and Optimizing Performance, MTP (ISBN: 1-57870-176-7).
