As you may have guessed, parameter aliases work very similar to cmdlet aliases. The primary goal of these aliases is to reduce keystrokes. 

Parameter aliases are not documented in a friendly way, however, can be easily found thanks to the object-oriented model of PowerShell. In this recipe, we shall look at how to fetch parameter aliases.
