Although this chapter may have seemed long, it wasn't really. It's just that you covered quite a bit, even if it was with only one tool. You've just created a really cool image and some text. Not bad for an chapter's work.
I'd say that you're ready to head on to the next chapter, where you'll learn how to use the drawing tools.
