The final two chapters deal with the realities of how the world is changing through the impacts of information technology, the growing complexity of all the fields of business and organization leading to the formation of subcultures nested in larger cultures, and the globalism that is forcing cultures and subcultures into new kinds of multicultural interactions. Chapter Ten focuses on some of the issues of cultural interaction and Chapter Eleven both reviews and looks forward to the emerging realities for future leaders of a multicultural world.
