About the authors

Tendayi Viki is a highly experienced innovation leader. He helps large organisations develop their ecosystems so that they can innovate for the future while managing their core business. He holds a PhD in Psychology and an MBA. Through his company Benneli Jacobs, he has given keynotes, run workshops and worked as a consultant for several large organizations including Rabobank, American Express, Standard Bank, Unilever, Airbus, Pearson, Lufthansa-Airplus, The British Museum, Copenhagen Fintech and The Royal Academy of Engineers. Tendayi has been shortlisted for the Thinkers50 Innovation Award and was named on the Thinkers50 2018 Radar List for emerging management thinkers to watch. He is also a regular contributing writer for Forbes. Tendayi spent over 12 years in academia during which time he taught at the University of Kent where he is now Honorary Senior Lecturer. He has also been a Research Fellow at Stanford University and Research Assistant at Harvard University.

Craig Strong is an experienced Chief Technology and Product Officer, specialising in growth and innovation, who has grown companies to successful exits and acquisitions. He is also a member of Forbes Technology Council and was one of the founding members of Agile Practitioners London. For over 18 years, Craig has been developing and delivering market leading software and technology solutions focused on customer needs, helping companies and teams innovate, scale and grow. Heavily involved with global enterprise transformation and innovation programmes utilising Agile and Lean principles with an adaptive management approach, he has worked and consulted for companies which include Sky, NowTV.com, Hargreaves Lansdown, Pearson, Financial Times, InsightSoftware.com, Tracesmart and others.

Sonja Kresojevic is a senior executive with 20 years of global experience transforming businesses by focusing on growth, product innovation, cultural change and digital transformation. She is a co-founder of the NY based consultancy Spinnaker Consulting, helping Fortune 500 organisations discover new growth opportunities, deliver great products and become more innovative under conditions of extreme uncertainty and disruption. In her most recent corporate role, she was a Senior Vice President in the Chief Product Office at Pearson, leading a global team responsible for design and implementation of the Lean Product Lifecycle, award-winning innovation program focused on transforming product development and portfolio Investment management and delivering a faster and more innovative organisation. She is a speaker on topics of transformation, business agility, leadership, innovation strategy and the co-author of the upcoming book: The Case for Change – Demystifying Lean Enterprise Transformation.
