ABOUT THE EDITORS

Michael Brazzel, Ph.D., CPCC, PCC, is an executive, leadership, and diversity coach, organization development and diversity/social justice practitioner, and author. He is a member of the NTL Institute, NTL coach, co-steward for NTL’s Coaching Community of Practice, and co-founder of the NTL Diversity Practitioner Certificate Program. He has a Ph.D. in economics from Tulane University and coaching credentials as Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). His life’s work is based in values: respect for human differences, racial and social justice, and lifelong learning. He lives in Columbia, Maryland, and can be reached at [email protected].

Brenda B. Jones, M.S., is past president and CEO of NTL Institute and current vice president of The Lewin Center’s board of directors. As an organizational consultant for more than twenty-five years, she consulted in the United States and internationally. She has a degree in applied behavioral science from the Johns Hopkins University. Brenda is past chair of the OD Network Board of Trustees, current member of the OD Network, IODA, the Academy of Management, and has taught in several graduate programs. She received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Organization Development Network in 2011 and the award for Outstanding OSD Graduate for 2012 from the Gestalt Center for Organization Systems Development.
