Stuart is a UK-based business consultant, specializing in the leadership of change projects with significant complexity, criticality, and scale.
He has run over 100 projects, across multiple sectors and with large and small organizations. He is a graduate of Cardiff University and a member of the Chartered Management Institute, the Institute of Interim Management, and the British Computer Society. He is PRINCE2 and MSP accredited. Prior to setting up an independent consultancy, he held a range of general management and business improvement positions in a large automotive group. Throughout his working life, he has seen the importance of looking after those who support projects to ensure they can successfully manage their day job, their project, and their own well-being.
Andy Coaton CFA, CEng, MBA, BSc(Hons), DipM
Andy is a UK-based business consultant and visiting lecturer on two post-graduate programs at the University of London. He has many years of professional experience scoping and defining, and then managing numerous engineering and consultancy projects introducing change for international corporates through to startups. He holds the designation of Chartered Engineer and Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Cranfield School of Management. He was seven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), including leading the Emergent Technology Team in London.
